About SEE it BE it…

The   saying, “what you see is what you get”,   can be interpreted on two levels….externally and internally.  Externally, it is used to depict something tangible that you physically see.  But internally, it relates to what you visualize in your “mind’s eye” becoming something you can actualize or experience.  This is the concept of SEE it BE it!

The SEE it BE it concept is not new.  Motivational trainers and coaches have been implementing this concept for a long time because it is effective where quantifiable actions, such as increased sales, productivity or creativity, are desired.  What SEE it BE it does is provide an internal, mental understanding of a desired action that is qualitative…. possessing the essence of nobility or goodness…such as peace, love or kindness.

Using the SEE it BE it concept requires self-motivation that originates from an internal desire to affect a change to the “self”….not the painter-self, the plumber-self, the doctor-self, the truck driver-self, etc….but the inner core vision of your Self. This inner core Self is everything YOU ARE without all the external markers provided by family, friends or vocation. If you cannot get a firm image of your inner Self, then you can utilize your imagination to create a vision of YOU!  Seed your image-i-nation with the quality characteristics you want to exhibit and grow yourself into the vision of who you truly are….your Self!

Every change that you affect on the inside to your Self image, will ultimately be realized AND recognized on the outside by your actions. What the world sees is the WHO you are based on your inner Self image, so SEE the highest vision of your Self and then BE it! Simple!
